Lisa Rosenblum, Executive Director King County Library System.
October 13, 2021 @ 7:30 am - 8:30 am
Join us at 7:30 am on Wednesday, October 13th to hear from Lisa Rosenblum, Executive Director King County Library System.
In 1942, voters in King County established the King County Rural Library District to provide library services to people in rural areas without easy access to city libraries. Today, the 50-branch King County Library System (KCLS) has over 4 million items in its collection, from books to videotapes, and serves everyone in King County, including those who are served by city libraries too.
KCLS Executive Director Lisa Rosenblum will tell us how the library system has met the challenge of serving during this time, and what advances to expect in the library system in the coming years. Please help us welcome Lisa Rosenblum to the virtual podium!
